Scope

These terms govern access to and use of Inceptiva. Purchasing a plan or using the platform means accepting these terms and any specific conditions shown during the purchase process.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and restrict access to authorised members of your organisation. You are responsible for activity under your account unless unauthorised access is reported promptly.

Acceptable use

Inceptiva must be used in accordance with the law, available documentation and the limits of the selected plan.

You may not infringe rights, distribute unlawful content, bypass security controls, interfere with the service or carry out activities that may harm third parties.

Plans, billing and changes

Features, limits, prices, billing frequency and renewal conditions are shown before purchase. Plan changes, cancellations and charges are managed according to the information displayed in the account and the terms accepted for each purchase.

Customer content and data

Your organisation retains its rights over information submitted to Inceptiva and authorises us to process it only as necessary to provide, protect and improve the service under the privacy policy and applicable agreements.

AI agents and outputs

AI-generated responses and actions may contain errors or require additional context. Your organisation must apply suitable controls, review material outputs and maintain human oversight where the impact of a decision requires it.

Availability and evolution

We may update, improve or replace features to maintain the security and evolution of the service. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where appropriate and seek to minimise planned interruptions.

Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or suspended because of non-payment, security risks, unlawful use or material breaches. Users may cancel in accordance with their plan, without affecting outstanding obligations.

Liability

Each party is liable within the limits established by applicable law and, where relevant, the signed agreement. These terms do not exclude liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms to reflect legal, technical or service changes. They are governed by Spanish law, subject to any applicable mandatory provisions.
